Terms and licence

Every BrightRoutines printable is a digital product. No physical item is shipped.

What you may do

  • Print as many copies as you need for your own children, your classroom, or your therapy practice.
  • Personalise the pages for the child or teenager you support — add names, photographs and notes.
  • Reuse it indefinitely. Print it again next year, and for a sibling, and for the next student.

What you may not do

  • Share, resell, redistribute or upload the files. Each purchase supports the making of the next one.
  • Claim the design or the artwork as your own, or sell anything derived from it.
  • Use it across a whole school or district on a single-classroom licence — write to sales@brightroutines.com and we will sort out the right terms.

The Word file, where one is included

Where a product ships with an editable Word document, you may freely change the chores, names, rates and wording. The section headings, the footer and the About page are locked, so the structure and the credit stay put.

Refunds

Because these are instant downloads, the file is yours the moment it arrives — there is nothing to send back, so a return in the usual sense isn’t possible. That is not the same as being stuck with something that doesn’t work.

If anything is wrong, tell me and I will put it right. A file that will not open, a page that prints incorrectly, something described here that isn’t in the download, or a payment taken twice — email sunshine@brightroutines.com and I will fix the file or refund you. Please do that before leaving a review; I would rather solve it than read about it.

If you bought through Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers, that marketplace’s own refund policy also applies, in addition to the above and not instead of it.

Important

BrightRoutines printables are educational supports, preparation tools and organising systems. They are not therapy, not a clinical product, and not a substitute for guidance from a child’s care team.
